Mission Statement:

Our mission is to inspire a life-long love of reading and learning and promote an information literate community.

 

Media Center Hours:

Monday -Friday

7:30 am - 3:30 pm

* Close on Tuesday at 2:30 if there is a faculty meeting.

 

Students may return books and check out books at any time during open media center hours.

 

Checking Out Books:

Kindergarten students are allowed to check out one paperback book at a time.

First grade students are allowed to check out one book at a time.

All other grades may check out two books.

Media Clubs:

• WAES News Crew meets mornings to produce our daily CCTV news show.

• Sunshine State Book Bash team participates in a North Area reading event in April.

• First Nine Weeks Reading Celebration ~ October 29th

• Second Grade Henry and Mudge Celebration November 22nd
